I started my Taxidermy carrier in 1973 as one of the first students at Piedmont Technical Institute now, Piedmont Community College in Roxboro, North Carolina. I earned a degree in Basic Taxidermy in 1975 and mounted my trophies and some for friends until 1980. Taxidermy at this time had started to open up and knowledge was beginning to be shared by many highly skilled artists in this field. I wanted to be the best I could with the ability God had given me, so I took advantage of what was being offered. I became very active in taxidermy and wildlife organizations, holding offices and positions, helping to support what we love to do, hunt and fish.

I have attended seminars from the very best taxidermists in the United States from National Champions to World Champions, in every field of taxidermy. I take pride in my work and will do the best I can to produce a top quality mount of your trophy. If you like what you read or what you see, please give me a call. I would be glad to do your taxidermy work. I have worked hard to become a Certified Taxidermist and have done so not only at state level but national level as well. I don't quit! I still compete and attend seminars in order to learn more and stay on top of new innovation in taxidermy.
